Will Ferrell's lifelong dream was to work with the gorgeous Eva Mendes, but once he finally got the chance, he wasn't that impressed!

"That was a childhood and an adult dream," Will told Parade at the premiere of The Other Guys about having Eva playing his wife. "That was a lifetime dream. But she kept laughing at me a lot."

"When you see her in person, she's not that beautiful really... she's just kind of average," Will added. "If you were sitting next to her on the bus, you probably wouldn't notice her."

He also shared the screen with another good-looking co-star, Mark Wahlberg. But, of course, he didn't feel intimidated by him either!
"I didn't have to. I already had the physique, I just mentally prepared," Will explained. "We didn't have a chest-off."
