As we celebrate Memorial Day and those who have fought for our freedoms, combine your festivities with the light-hearted Chardonnay Day! That’s right, this year the two fall on Monday, May 26, so as you fire up the grill and give thanks to the men and women who make this country strong, add a dose of Chardonnay.
Celebrity event planner Jung Lee has teamed up with Clos du Bois to offer up her delicious recipe for Chardonnay Punch—the perfect fruity and refreshing cocktail for entertaining a crowd.
Clos du Bois Chardonnay Punch
3 bottles of Clos du Bois North Coast Chardonnay
2/3 cup orange liqueur
½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
¼ cup freshly squeeze lime juice
¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2/3 cup simple syrup
2 limes, thinly sliced
A few raspberries for a pop of color
Combine all liquid ingredients into a punch bowl of your choice. Garnish the punch with the sliced fruit and serve over ice.
