Katy Perry looked beautifully fresh-faced while performing her new single "Birthday" via satellite for Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards, balancing out her mossy green locks.
Celebrity makeup artist Todd Delano created the singer's look and says his first priority was starting with clean, hydrated skin as the base for Katy's glow.

From there he rocked out the rest of the look using Cover Girl products that aren't available in stores just yet, but here's the lowdown on how he used 'em for when we civilians can get our hands on them.
• First, I buffed Cover Girl's new Ready, Set Gorgeous Foundation in #205 into her skin, and brightened the under eye area with Cover Girl’s Ready, Set Gorgeous Concealer in Medium. I used the Cover Girl truMAGIC Sun Kisser on the temples and cheekbones to warm up her complexion and contour.

• Then, I used the truMAGIC Luminizer on top of her cheekbones and down the center of her nose. I also love using this product all over the body to create a glow, it looks amazing. For finishing touches, I applied Clean Glow Blush in Peaches and set the entire face by using truMAGIC Skin Perfector with a sponge. I love the poreless finish and highly recommend the truMAGIC trio!
• For Katy's eyes, it was all about the Bombshell beauty look! I used the Bombshell ShineShadow in Gold Goddess #315 buffed onto the lid up to the crease and then gave her a winged liner with Bombshell Intensity Liner in Pitch Black Passion #800. To complete the look, I went with curved, flirty lashes by using Cover Girl’s new Bombshell Curvaceous Mascara in Very Black. I added glitter under the bottom lashes for some extra sparkle.

• Katy's lips are lined and filled in with LipPerfection Lip Liner in Radiant #230 and topped with a new lip gloss I adore, Cover Girl’s Colorlicious Lip Gloss in Juicy Fruit.
