It's all in her life, so there's not one dull moment. What's interesting about Aviva's book is that there is no faux tragedy to be found. She's not like other Housewives or celebrities, who sometimes feel like they're creating fake narratives about how difficult their wealthy childhoods were. Aviva's young life was seriously awful, and her sense of humor and eventual triumph make you instantly connect with her.

Of course, the aspect of the book that will haunt your dreams is her retelling of the ghastly childhood accident that cost Aviva her foot. It is truly horrific, and you're rooting for her to have a happy life right from that beginning.
