March 30 was Mothering Sunday—Britain's version of Mother's Day—and Kate Middleton planned to spend it at home in Kensington Palace, with her husband Prince William and 8-month-old son Prince George.
"Celebrating for the first time as a mum is incredibly emotional for her," says a palace insider. "She's so in love with her little family."
So much so that Kate, 32, and William, 31, are working overtime to enlarge it—considerably. "They're all over each other—in full baby-making mode," the insider reveals. "Kate said she hopes to have two more little ones around her this time next year."
"Kate's praying for twins!" adds a close pal of the royal pair, who both have multiple births in their family histories. "She thinks it would be fun to have a boy and a girl." Of course, William had something to say about this, but he's also excited to welcome more children into the family.

"He's thrilled to bits," the insider said. "At Christmas, his father, Prince Charles, advised them to have at least an 18-month age gap between the 'heir and the spare.' William agreed—he and Prince Harry have just over two years bewteen them and they're pretty much best friends."
No doubt a recent getaway to the Maldives resort of Cheval Blanc Randheli helped put the udke and duchess in the mating mood. (Little George stayed home i the care of new nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo). Now, Will, Kate, and Georgie have embarked on their first royal tour as a family.

However, if Kate's already in the early stages of pregnancy, as some insiders whisper, it could be a rocky trip. She suffered severe morning sickness with George. "She doesn't want a repeat," the pal says. "Not when she's greeting crowds, smiling and waving!"
TIMELINE OF THE CAMBRIDGES' VISIT TO NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIA
April 7... William, Kate, George (along with a staff of 11, plus security) arrived to a ceremonial welcome in Wellington, N.Z.
April 9... George's first meet and greet with parents and babies at the Government House in N.Z.
April 13... Wills and Kate went on a white-water ride, while George stayed with the new nanny.
April 16-18... The royals arrive in Sydney, Australia. George may attend the Royal Easter Show there.
April 20... George visits Taronga Zoo, where a building will be named after him.
April 22... While his parents go to Ayer Rock, George stays with the nanny.
