In the trailer for season three, Josh, 19, is shown being handcuffed. According to TMZ that was filmed the same day he was arrested for domestic violence on Nov. 4 just after his twins with Jennifer were born.

TMZ reports that Jennifer filed documents in March in Hillsborough County, Fla. asking for a restraining order against Josh.

In the documents, Jennifer reportedly claims that Josh had been "harrasing sic and threatened her saying he will have her raped."
