Adele Takes a Swipe at Lady Gaga: "Exploiting Yourself Sexually is Not a Good Look"

There's been a lot of Lady Gaga fat talk circulating lately and Adele is a little sick of it, guys.

A mere 24 hours after Lady Gaga posted pictures of herself wearing nothing more than a bra and panties (even suggestively bent over in one snap shot) the notoriously private singer told The Sun she's a bit tired of fellow pop stars stripping their clothes off in hopes of using their bodies to sell records.

“Exploiting yourself sexually it's not a good look. I don’t find it encouraging," she said. “I have never seen magazine covers and music videos and thought, ‘I need to look like that to be a success.’"

While she doesn't name names, she continues saying the "key is to be happy with yourself."

“They don’t look how they do in magazines or videos. I have seen them up close,” she said.

Ouch, right?

However, if you look beyond Gaga's titillating pictures on her Little Monsters website, she appears to have a similar philosophy.

"My mother and I created the BORN THIS WAY FOUNDATION for one reason: "to inspire bravery," she wrote. "This profile is an extension of that dream. Be brave and celebrate with us your "perceived flaws," as society tells us. May we make our flaws famous, and thus redefine the heinous."
