Breaking News: Reese Withersoon Arrested!

We are shocked to tell you that Oscar winning actress Reese Witherspoon AND her husband, agent Jim Toth were arrested on Friday night in Atlanta. Here is what we know so far:

According to Variety, Jim was pulled over just after midnight in a silver 2013 Ford Focus after an officer saw him weaving across a double line. According to the police report, he appeared disheveled and his breath smelled of alcohol. Reese was in the car and became increasingly upset and agitated while a sobriety test was administered on her husband. His blood alcohol level was a .139.

The police report said: “Mrs. Witherspoon began to hang out the window and say that she did not believe that I was a real police officer. “I told Mrs. Witherspoon to sit on her butt and be quiet.”

According to TMZ, Reese allegedly asked the cops, "Do you know my name. . .You're about to find out who I am ... You are going to be on national news!" She was then arrested her for disorderly conduct.

Reese and Jim were both taken to jail, booked, and released a short time later.
