Taylor celebrated her 23rd birthday in England today, along with boyfriend Harry Styles. The lovebirds were seen shopping around Lake Windermere and posed for some photos with a few very lucky fans. Word is that Taylor and Harry planned to stop for a visit with his mom before she heads back to the United States.

The songstress also celebrated the debut of her latest music video today, for "I Knew You Were Trouble" which is currently #15 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart. Not bad, Tay!
