Piers Tweeted, “Kelsey Grammer was supposed to be on my show now but ran out of the building. Strange.”

However, according to the Huffington Post, Kelsey was told no pics of Camille would be shown.

“Before the interview was scheduled it was made clear that Kelsey would answer all and any questions including those about his ex wife. His only request was not to show any images of her. Just before the show went live, Kelsey saw a test of the opening and it included an image of Camille. Publicists asked producers that it be removed and were assured it would be before the show went live. At 9:00pm we were all sitting in the greenroom and saw no change’s had been made. That’s when Kelsey and his team left,” the source said.

The Huffington Post said, “When producers make a promise that they won’t show certain footage or images, and then go back on their word, they are lucky to get any guest at all,” a publicist at another network tells the site.

"Always looking for an opportunity to make headlines, Piers also banned Madonna from his show just before its debut -- to which Madonna’s publicist asked us, “Piers Who?."

Meanwhile, Kelsey's rep Stan Rosenfield said, “We have already issued a statement and are not going to engage in this interchange." He confirmed a producer of CNN told his client the photo of Camille would be removed and Stan told The Hollywood Reporter last week, "Piers needs to take responsibility for what he did to Kelsey. It's called accountability."
