While Jennifer Aniston is really enjoying her time with new man Chris Gartin's two children, the A-list actress doesn't want to infringe on the ex-wive's territory. Chris' romance with Jen has thrust his breakup into the spotlight and ex-wife Jo (a party planner to the stars, including client/pal Courteney Cox, who set up Chris and Jen) is not amused.

"A divorce is confusing enough to kids. They don't need to add publicity to it," a source close to the former couple tells OK!, adding that Jo, who is suing for full custody of children Sydney and Flynn, "doesn't need to have her kids stalked by the paparazzi."

For her part, Jen is "staying out of it," adds another insider.

"Whatever happens between the Gartins has nothing to to with anyone but them."
