Justin Bieber Reaches Out to Earthquake/Tsunami Ravaged Japan

Justin Bieber may be in Liverpool about to perform for his British fans, but he wants everyone to know his thoughts and prayers are with Japan, as the island nation is in a state of upheaval following a 8.9-magnitude earthquake and subsequent tsunami that hit today. Justin joined the ranks of celebs who have Tweeted their support for the country.
Justin took to his Twitter to share the following message:
