Before you jump to any Britney-era, pre-meltdown conclusions, it's important to note the singer did her fall shearing to support best friend, Summer Miller, who's battling breast cancer. After Summer's diagnosis, the two women shaved their heads together on Good Morning America.

The duo said they hope women will learn that "cancer doesn't discriminate" and the importance of screening before the age of 40. Summer begins her treatment on Thursday and paired with Athena Water, who will donate as much as $2 million by 2014 to breast cancer awareness initiatives.
