Kelly Clarkson is Selling Her Texas House

The American Idol alum put her four-bedroom, six-bathroom estate on the market recently. MTV News reports that the pricetag is really quite a steal considering the estate boasts 14 acres, a gym, a theater and a man-made pond, along with lap and diving pools.

Since winning Idol in 2002, it's been an amazing decade for Kelly. She's released five studio albums, is on her eighth tour, co-stars in the reality show Duets and managed to pick up two Grammy awards.

She currently resides in Nashville, and there's no word whether she'll purchase another abode once the Texas estate is squared away. One thing we do know: Kelly likely won't own a home in L.A.

“When people complain about living in Los Angeles, I’m, like, 'Why do you?'” she told the August issue of Lucky. "Even though I’m a pop singer, I really have more the life of a country singer. People act like there’s this one set of rules to follow to be a pop star, and, I think, 'Well, you say I’m a pop star, so maybe that’s not true.'”
