Lauren Conrad knows that beauty on the inside is what really counts, which is why she's encouraging teens to drink more milk. The reality star, author and fashion designer will be appearing in a "got milk?" ad this spring and wants you to help design it!

“I attend lots of high-profile events, so it’s important to me to always look and feel my best,” Lauren said. “I know it’s about making good choices regularly, like eating a well-balanced diet and drinking plenty of milk. Milk’s nine essential nutrients are my beauty secret for healthy, glowing skin and strong teeth, hair and nails.”

Teens can vote on what milk mustache style Lauren should wear in her ad — casual “California Girl” or flirty “Night Out.”

For every vote, one dollar will go to DonateMyDress.org, an organization that helps girls in the U.S. have their dream night at prom.

Also, teens will be entered to win fashion and beauty prizes from Lauren's photo shoot and one lucky winner will receive a professional style session and appear alongside Lauren when she reveals the winning ad!
