Lindsay will now remain free pending an appeal — this is after posting bail from the judge's ruling that she was in violation of probation! The source also claims Lindsay's innocence and that the actress doesn't quite understand what's going on. "She didn't steal any necklace and will be found innocent. It's obvious this is only happening because she is famous and anyone that thinks celebrities get away with stuff or let off will think again after seeing this."
