Lindsay Lohan to Star in "Escaping the Game" With Chris Zylka?

Lindsay Lohan may have a new movie in the works according to new reports...if she doesn't end up in jail first.

According to Radar Online, Lindsay is set to start in Escaping the Game that will be shot in the United States and Spain beginning by late summer.

However, the contracts haven't been signed yet, but producer Nathan Folks is optimistic Lindsay won't be heading to jail and can sign the deal in the next couple weeks.

"She wants to do it," Folks told Radar Online.

So what's the film about?

"It's about celebs who become very famous and can't take it," he said with Lindsay playing an investigator who tries to figure out their disappearances.

And Folks said he has a plan on how to get Lindsay insured for the $30 million project.

"We can get her insured if she is with someone who is keeping an eye on her 24/7," he explained. "Lindsay and I've discussed it and she's already agreed to the condition."

And she's also already met the man who's in talks to be her co-star, Chris Zylka.

"Went to see my friend Ferras perform and was talking to a future costar," Lindsay Tweeted over the weekend.

"I put the two of them together to go see the show," Folks explained. "They're both Ferras fans and I thought it would be a good chance for them to get to know each other. They're strictly friends."

And he's very confident this will be Lindsay's first film post-rehab.

"She's doing great and we're going to prove to the world that she's back."
