Long before Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probation, her father, Michael Lohan, has had the habit of speaking out about his famous daughter's life choices. So now that she's heading to the slammer come July 20, of course Michael had a few things to say about the situation, talking to OK! about Lilo's lawyer quitting and that controversial manicure.

"I don’t know the specifics, but I would imagine that Lindsay got a little mouthy with her and I don’t think that Shawn Holley or Lindsay expected her to go to jail," Michael explained to OK!. "And when Lindsay found that out she must have said something to Shawn that really ticked her off."

As for Lindsay decorating her middle finger with the colorful words "f--k you" atop her manicure for her court appearance — a paint job she swears was just a coincidence — Michael is dismayed at his daughter's behavior.

"It’s a sick thing to do," he told OK!. "I raised my daughter never to do that. I just I don’t know. I don’t know what to say."

Michael Lohan, rendered speechless? A rare moment, indeed.
