So it turns out sex scenes are even awkward if you're working with your real-life significant other. Or so says RPattz.

Robert Pattinson opened up to The Kyle and Jackie O. Show in Sydney about the "pretty ridiculous" lovemaking scenes in Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 2.

"It also can't just be a normal sex scene. It's supposed to be about, like, the greatest vampire sex you've ever had," he said. "So a lot of it was just closeups on me and Kristen's faces, but there was no one else there."

The actor also lamented the film's PG-13 rating, wondering how you could really make sex believable under such constraints.

"It's just trying to think of inventive ways to try to make something sexy," he continued. "You literally try and give a face of ecstasy...Guys' faces I don't think are really designed to do that, the cameraman was laughing as well."

Jokes aside, it appears the real-life saga between Kristen and Rob has officially cooled and things have leveled back out to normal again. The duo were spotted exiting a Prince show at the Sayers Club in L.A. and in true K-Stew and RPattz fashion, the couple shielded their eyes and hid under baseball hats before hopping into a car and scooting away into the distance.

It's almost like Rupert Sanders never happened...

Good timing too, considering the duo are set to promote the flick together this Sunday in L.A.
