"The case has been settled and the agreement has been signed," Katie's attorney told E! News. "We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life. Wait — what about Suri? The custody battle? Scientology?

Unfortunately, no details have been released, so it's merely speculation to think Katie got what she wanted (full custody) based on her legal team seeming pleased with the outcome.

The pair released a joint statement this morning through their reps emphasizing the importance of co-parenting their daughter.

"We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter Suri's best interests. We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other's commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other's roles as parents."

Katie filed for divorce on June 29 in New York City. Tom was reportedly blindsided while filming Oblivion in Iceland. The pair married in November of 2006 and welcomed daughter Suri in March of 2007.
