Tony Bennett will be on hand at Sunday's MTV VMAs to celebrate the life and music of Amy Winehouse. The legend — also one of Amy's icons — will pay special tribute to the late British singer at the show, and reveal some of their recent collaborations.

Tony and Amy recently recorded the duet, “Body and Soul,” for his upcoming Duets II album, dropping Sept. 20. The single and video will be released by Columbia Records Sept. 14 — Amy’s birthday.

“It was a thrill to record with Amy Winehouse and when you listen to the recording of 'Body and Soul,' it is a testament to her artistic genius and her brilliance as one of the most honest musicians I have ever known,” Tony told MTV.

Amy was found dead in her London home on July 23. She was only 27.

The five-time Grammy winner battled addictions throughout her time in the public spotlight.

Amy's toxicology results were revealed earlier this week, and while alcohol was present in her system, no illegal substances were found, leaving her cause of death still a mystery.

A statement released by spokesman Chris Goodman, via The Asssociated Press, on behalf of singer’s family said, “toxicology results returned to the Winehouse family by authorities have confirmed that there were no illegal substances in Amy’s system at the time of her death.”

The 28th annual MTV Video Music Awards will air live Sunday from L.A. at 9 p.m.
