Eva & Tony Deny Infidelity Rumors

Following online reports that NBA star Tony Parker, handsome hubby of Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria, had an affair with French model Alexandra Paressant, the San Antonio Spurs basketball player has come out in defense of himself and his marriage.

In response to the story, Tony tells OK! in a statement released Wednesday night, “I love my wife. She’s the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier.”

Eva defended her husband's reputation by saying, “Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband.”

"These allegations are completely 100% false and untrue," says Eva's rep about the story. "All high-profile couples fall victim to these sorts of things in the course of their relationships.”

According to her story, 26-year-old Alexandra began seeing Eva's man two months after their July 7, 2007 wedding — which was, of course, featured on the cover of OK!. The model alleges that she and Tony exchanged naughty text messages for weeks before finally doing the unspeakable at a Paris hotel on Sept. 29.

Alexandra also claims to have visited Tony a month later at the Texas mansion he is constructing for himself and his new wife. As for Eva's knowledge of their supposed affair, Alexandra says "I don't think she knew about it."
