For most of america, i dont believe the real issues is that she is sixteen and pregnant, the problem is that she is a child star, that other children look up to and shes pregnant. She is a role model to other kids her age and younger, whether she wants to be or not. Truthfully speaking if she was just any average sixteen year old no on would care, but thats not the case. I think she was very brave to even come out and tell her story the way she did, because she new she would be criticized about it. I think that no matter how irresponsible she was in getting pregnant, she made a very responsible descision to admit her faults and take responsibility for her actions. As for being sixteen, she will find being a mom on of the hardest things she will have to face in her life, it seems she is on the right path because even she realizes that. Its not her moms fault, nor is it Brits, she made her own descisions and shes ready to live with the consiquences. leave the girl alone..

Honestly...how many people do you think use protection?? And if they do there is always that chance that you can still get pregnant. Yes only being 16 and being pregnant is a big decision and a big resposibility...but she is taking that responsibilty and she is making it her own. What else do you expect her to do? If she said she wanted an abortion she would get rediculed there too. So atleast she is taking the responsibility and isn't throwing it away like its nothing!
