NEWS'The Car Flipped 3 Times': Makeup Mogul Jeffree Star Hospitalized After Being Injured In 'Severe Car Accident'
Jeffree Star has been injured following a "severe car accident" in Casper, Wyo.
On Friday, April 16, a photo of the makeup mogul wearing a neck brace while laying in a hospital bed and holding hands with his friend Daniel Lucas was shared on his Twitter.
"A few hours ago Jeffree and Daniel were in a severe car accident and the car flipped 3 times after hitting black ice," his official account shared. "We will update you all when the doctor gives us more info. So thankful they are both alive."
The Wyoming Highway Patrol said Star’s vehicle was was heading northbound on Hat Six Road in Natrona County when it crashed, according to radio station K2 Radio. The 35-year-old is currently being treated at Wyoming Medical Center and is in stable condition.
Star was reportedly driving his Rolls Royce with Lucas riding shotgun, who also has been hospitalized.
One day prior to the accident, the 35-year-old seemed to be in great spirits as he took to his social media platform to gush about an upcoming video, writing: "Who’s ready for a NEW VIDEO tomorrow on my channel?? 💖 Daniel, one of my best friends who’s been w me thru it all, reveals ALL 💯 It will be up in the morning."

Star founded his mega-popular Jeffree Star Cosmetics company in November 2014, and is currently one of the most followed personalities on YouTube. The influencer found himself in headlines earlier this year when rumors spread that he had hooked up with Kanye West before Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from the rapper.
"I’m definitely NOT sleeping with Kanye, but the amount of rappers in my DM’s is wilddddd b***h. Time to make a hit song in bed," Star tweeted on January 13 denying the allegations.
"Me and Kanye have never hung out, and this whole thing is really funny. I get why people are really laughing about this. In an old song of mine from 2009 called B***h Please, I say a line about Kanye," he added.
The rumors started when TikToker Ava Louise hinted that Star and West, who are both based in Wyoming, were an item.
"This whole divorce comes as no surprise," she said at the time, referring to reports that Kim Kardashian is about to divorce her hubby. "Kanye’s been hooking up with a very famous beauty guru. Male beauty guru. A lot of people in the scene have known for a while." The rumors were since debunked.
