Also in '08, Miley voiced a character in the animated film Bolt, for which she recorded a song with her co-star John Travolta called "I Thought I Lost You." Not a shabby gig for a Disney star.

Then, in 2009, Miley, the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez all lent their vocals to "Make a Wave," the theme song to the network's eco-friendly initiative at the time. This song was also the theme song to most teens' lives that year, just sayin'.

Miley Cyrus also performed with Sheryl Crow during her Hannah Montana days. The ladies song was called "Need a Little Love," but they performed Sheryl's hit, "If It Makes You Happy," together at the 2009 VH1 Divas show.

In 2010, Miley Cyrus sang a scandalous duet with Bret Michaels about a romance gone wrong. Miley was merely 16 at the time so it was a huge deal, but looking back, yeah, "Nothin' To Lose" was so not a biggie.

Now let's jump ahead to 2011, because that's the year that Miley Cyrus sang "Overboard" with Justin Bieber at his first-ever show at Madison Square Garden. The performance also appeared in his 2012 docu-concert film, Never Say Never. Such babies, they were!

And then, suddenly, hip hop happened. In early 2013, Miley released her song with Snoop Lion called "Ashtrays and Heartbreak." It was the first music we'd heard from Miley that wasn't bubblegum pop, so, honestly, it was all kind of shocking for fans to hear.
