Angelina Jolie may have six kids, but that doesn’t prevent her from celebrating their birthdays in a BIG way! The actress’ daughter Shiloh Jolie-Pitt turns 11 today, and Ang helped mark the occasion by bringing Shiloh — and her friends in town from Cambodia — to the happiest place on Earth, Disneyland! Fans were surprised to see the Academy Award-winner strolling through the park with her kids, and many snapped pics when they spotted the hard-to-miss brood. While the family was all smiles for Shiloh’s big day, one family member was noticeably missing, Shiloh's dad, Brad Pitt.
“All Shiloh wanted for her birthday was to see her friends from Cambodia,”a source close to the family told People magazine. “She wants to show them America.”
Angelina’s children made friends in Cambodia when the actress-turned-director filmed First They Killed My Father there and brought her kids along for the experience. “My children have close ties to the children here, many of them are their best friends,” she told reporters at the Cambodian premiere of the film.
According to The Daily Mail, Angie and her crew got the VIP treatment as a Disneyland guide brought them to rides and shops. Her ex, Brad, however, was nowhere in sight. Instead, the actor was attending the funeral of his friend, Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell.
The actor recently admitted in a shocking interview with GQ magazine that his drinking and own “weaknesses and failures” led to his split from Angelina, but that he’s working on getting better for the sake of his kids. “I gotta be more. I gotta be more for them,” he said.
