Well, it’s official … another couple is divorcing in Hollywood! Megan Fox is filing for divorce from Brian Austin Green.
This announcement is just days after they announced they were separating. The couple met in 2004 and married in 2010 in Maui.
Reports on RadarOnline.com say Megan, 29, is citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of their split. It is mentioned that Megan separated form Brian, 42, months ago on June 15th.
Famed celeb divorce attorney Laura Wasser is representing her.
The former sexy couple has two sons Noah, 2, and Bodhi, 18 months and Megan is allegedly seeking joint physical and legal custody of them.
It is speculated that Megan will have to pay Brian spousal support and because a pre-nup between the two was never signed, their assets will be evenly distributed.
