Strapped for cash? Bethenny Frankel’s ex-husband Jason Hoppy took out a large loan before finalizing his divorce to the reality star!
exclusively obtained documents that revealed Jason took out a $705k loan against his New York City apartment just one month before finalizing his divorce to Bethenny!
After battling in the courtroom for over 3 years Bethenny and Jason reached a divorce settlement in July 2016.
However, before Jason signed the dotted line he signed loan documents for an apartment he bought in 2008.
The documents reveled that Jason will now be paying $3,264.96 a month on the loan at the interest rate of 3.75%.
The apartment has an estimated value of $1.7 million and features, a private balcony, high ceilings, a garden and a full-time doorman.
