Bill Cosby was charged with aggravated indecent assault on December 30 after he allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted Andrea Constand in January 2004. Click through to get the latest updates on the shocking scandal!
The actor was arraigned at the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania courthouse, where he did not enter a plea. His bail was set at $1 million.
After the arraignment, the actor was processed and fingerprinted at the Cheltenham Police Department. He was released after posting 10 percent of his bail.

Constand’s attorney Kevin Steele claimed Cosby “made two sexual advances at her that were rejected. Mr. Cosby urged her to take pills and to drink wine, the effect of which left her unable to rebuff his advances.”
The arrest comes after over 50 women accused the comedian of drugging and sexually assaulting them. Cosby’s attorney calls the charge “unjustified.”
"The charge by the Montgomery County District Attorney's office came as no surprise," a statement from Cosby's attorneys read. "Filed 12 years after the alleged incident and coming on the heels of a hotly contested election for this county's DA during which this case was made the focal point. Make no mistake, we intend to mount a vigorous defense against this unjustified charge and we expect that Mr. Cosby will be exonerated by a court of law."
