Hillary Duff's ex-husband Mike Comrie has submitted DNA evidence to the LAPD while being investigated for raping a woman.
Comrie's alleged victim says she met the retired hockey player at a bar on Feb. 11 and accompanied him back to his condo, where he coerced her into a sexual three-way with another woman.
While Duff has turned to friends during the rape scandal, she was spotted with Comrie out at dinner amid the allegations.
Comrie says the sex was consensual and that he's known the victim "for a long time," a source told Radar.
Meanwhile, during the ongoing investigation, Comrie is still trying to get back with Duff. “Mike’s been on his hands and knees begging Hillary to give him another shot,” the insider confessed.
