Bethenny Frankel and her ex Jason Hoppy just announced their separation last month, but things are already getting ugly.

Both have asked for full custody of their 2-year-old daughter Bryn.

In addition, Jason has asked for "exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence" (he's referring to their $5 million apartment in NYC's Tribeca neighborhood). He also wants the former RHONY star to pay for his attorney and accountant fees and finally for Bethenny to have a life insurance policy and for her to make him and Bryn the beneficiaries.
