Janet Jackson is taking back control of her body! The singer shared a photo of herself rehearsing for her State of the World Tour, which kicks off in just one month. Janet, who recently admitted she “put on quite a few” while pregnant, looks noticeably slimmer in the photo. Janet postponed the tour last year when she found out she was pregnant. In January, she gave birth to her son Eissa, and it’s clear she’s been busy shredding the baby weight ever since! While prepping for her tour, Janet is also in the midst of divorcing her husband Wissam Al Mana. Despite the personal setback, it’s easy to see Janet is staying focused on getting in shape and getting back to her fans!
“Hey you guys. I’m so excited for the State of the World Tour. We are in rehearsal mode. See you guys in 1 month!” Janet captioned this photo of her rehearsing.
Throughout her pregnancy, Janet was rarely spotted. She kept a low profile while living in London with Wissam.
A source even told OK! that Janet had become “a total recluse” after giving birth and “won’t pick up her phone and lives life virtually in solitary confinement.”

However, it looks like Janet was able to bounce back! In May, she finally posted a video message to fans, praising her baby boy and confirming her divorce.
"He is so healthy, so beautiful, so sweet, so loving, such a happy baby,” Janet said, adding, "Yes, I separated from my husband. We are in court and the rest is in God's hands."
