He’s back! Kanye West made his return to the Grammy Awards stage for the first time in six years on Sunday night. And the rapper made quite the statement.
Rocking a red velour tracksuit and sneakers, Yeezy looked pretty casual for the super minimal perfomance.
With his trusty auto tune and Yeezy strut, he sang through the song “Only One,” which will be included on his upcoming new album.
The song is a sweet tribute to his wife, Kim Kardashian, and their adorable daughter, North West. And Ye passionately sang through the track while standing over a single white light in the middle of the stage as a spotlight shined on him. It was a slightly bizarre performance. But he meant well, so we can’t shade it too much!
