Kelly Osbourne is on top of her game career wise, is in love with boyfriend Matthew Mosshart and is in the best shape of her life.
And the E! Fashion Police co-host is showing off the results of all her hard work as the cover girl of the latest issue of British magazine Cosmopolitan Body.
"People think I lost weight and that's what made me happier. That's not true: I had to learn to love myself first," Kelly explained about her 69lb weight loss.
"Losing weight was just one benefit of putting the hard work in and sorting myself out on the inside first through therapy.
"That was one of the scariest times of my life. I swear I've never felt more naked, because I had to actually be me and couldn't mask it."
Kelly says she still enjoys pizza and chocolate cake – but in moderation – and she's now found a healthy addiction to exercise.
"When I started exercising I couldn't even do one sit-up," Osbourne said. "By the end of the first week I could do three, and that was a big deal. Now I work out every day and I just don't feel good if I miss it. It's amazing how quickly your fitness builds, but you have to really want it."
"I'll never be the kind of person who thinks, 'I'm so hot.' I don't want to be. But I learnt to respect and love myself – something I didn't think I would be capable of."
Kelly added that she had "never been in love" before getting together with Matthew. The quirky Brit girl's weight loss was amped up during her 2009 appearance on Dancing With The Stars where she came in third place and it launched a whole new career for her. Keep up the good work Kelly!
