It turns out the reality star is having more trouble losing weight this time around than she did with North back in 2013. And we all know Kim is a busy woman, so she needs to drop the weight fast, and plans to do so in the form of camp.
A source told RadarOnline, "Kim is talking about going to a place — a fat camp/weight loss spa — for a week.”

But don’t expect to get any pictures of her beforehand, as she is “going to sneak away after the New Year to this fat camp," the source added.
And while the 35-year-old is of course planning on returning to work soon, she is also planning to strip down, which explains the urgency. Added the insider, "Kim will do whatever it takes because she booked a naked photo shoot for March…She knows she has to be thin for the shoot, and the weight just isn't coming off like it did last time." We wonder if it’ll be as crazy as her Paper magazine spread!
