Although it’s the most wonderful time of the year, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West look like they’re having an unhappy holiday! The duo was spotted sporting Scrooge-like expressions as they visited a medical building in Beverly Hills on Dec. 23.

According to Star magazine, the duo is eager for their 1-year-old daughter North West to have a sibling to play with, but unfortunately the reality star hasn’t had the easiest time conceiving the second time around.

A source told the magazine that Kim is trying “acupuncture three times a week and is taking Chinese herbs." She is even adding organic goods to her diet.

If Kim doesn’t get pregnant soon, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star may even try out IVF, the magazine reports.

But that may not be the only thing ruining the couples’ Christmas. A source told RadarOnline.com that the duo is putting on a happy face for the holidays and that Kanye’s constant absence from his family is causing a strain on their marriage. “For the holidays, she’s told him he has to take time off for her and the baby and he’s not willing to do it and it’s causing a rift right now. It’s been a struggle.”
