Kim Zolciak proved that age is just a number while on her 38th birthday getaway with husband Kroy Biermann. She sizzled in a lacy bikini, which showed off her tiny waist and slim legs.

The mother-of-six wrote on her Instagram: "My hubby surprised me and took me to my fave spot to celebrate my birthday tomorrow.”

Kim also reflected on her difficult year. She suffered a stroke and had to undergo heart surgery after competing on Dancing With The Stars.

The blonde bombshell credits waist training and nutrition supplement for helping her keep in shape.

"I get a lot of negative comments -- 'You've gotten too small!' -- but how can your waist ever be too small? That's what I'd like to know,” she told Entertainment Tonight.
