Things are already getting ugly between exes Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick after the couple recently called it quits after a decade together! And according to sources close to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, Kourtney is willing to take some serious steps to ensure her boyfriend doesn’t attempt to profit off of the secrets he knows about her family.
Speaking to RadarOnline.com an insider revealed that Kourtney is ready to sue Disick if he decides to speak out about his time as a member of the Kardashian-Jenner crew.
“Scott cannot sell her out, so to speak, because Kourtney and Scott have contracts that legally obligate them to secrecy regarding most every detail of their former arrangement,” the insider said.
The source added that the contracts were created after Kourt's sister Kim Kardashian “hired a private investigator to catch Scott cheating a few years ago.”
Many are eager to see if Disick, who has three kids with Kourtney, will eventually write a tell-all book about his years with the family. However, the source said that Kourtney claims that it is impossible for him to do that without the risk of a huge lawsuit!

The insider said that Kourtney told her friends that her ex-boyfriend “will not be able to even do a tell all and give information on the family that is not already out there without being subject to extreme counteraction.”
Reports surfaced this week that Kourtney and Disick called it quits amid Disick’s latest cheating and substance abuse scandals. Sources claimed that Kourtney pulled the plug on the pair’s turbulent relationship. But reports are now surfacing that Disick actually broke up with Kourtney weeks ago and he believes his ex’s family is now saying she left him in an attempt to make him look bad.
