Nothing says "have several seats" like having a trademark denied.
Kylie Jenner was spotted on February 6th getting some sushi in Malibu.
The battle started when Jenner, now 19, attempted to trademark the name Kylie back in 2014.
However, the 48-year-old Australian singer Minogue said not so fast.
Her team filed papers opposing the trademark back in February 2016, citing her own use of her name over the years, as well as Jenner's “photographic exhibitionism” and alleged controversial relationships with the disabled and African American communities.
They reportedly also called her a “secondary reality television personality” who is a mere supporting character on Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The judge agreed with the challenge, and shut Jenner down.
