It was a tweenage girl's paradise last night as Justin Bieber and many of his famous friends including Kylie Jenner, Debby Ryan, Usher and more walked the purple carpet at the premiere of his new film, Believe. Who wore what? Who walked with whom? All the deets (and pics) are below.
