It’s been days since the news broke that Leah Messer lost full custody of her twin daughters to her ex-husband Corey Simms. Although the Teen Mom 2 star has remained active on Facebook, she has yet to post about her daughters, until now! Click through to find out what she said!
The MTV star posted photos of her 5-year-old twins dressed up in their adorable Halloween costumes! She captioned all of the photos, “Cheer Halloween dress up night.”
In Touch reported earlier this week that her ex-husband was “awarded primary custody effective immediately.” The source added, “Leah only gets the girls on the weekends now.”
Since the photos were posted Thursday night, it looks like Corey and and his wife Miranda Simms are keeping Leah in the loop about the twins’ activities during the week. Phew!
As for statements regarding the custody change, Leah has stayed silent regarding the situation. “Leah’s been crying,” a source said. “She never thought this would happen.”
Corey was awarded full custody of the girls after a judge looked at their school records, which showed that Leah was still dropping them off late to school.
