Lights, Camera's … Darlings, couture fashion week is upon us and it has been inspiringly beautiful this season. With minimalism being a key factor, and silhouette being the other.

This beautiful dress worn by Diane Kruger, looks very Christian Dior "New Look" circa 1945, and the color looks technicolour fantasia circa 1954. Darling Sofia Coppola always looks chic in her signature tuxedo pant , a look made so popular by the late Yves Saint Laurent, I love the modern elegance factor.

OK! GALLERY: KATY PERRY WOWS GREAT BRITAIN FOR PART OF ME EUROPEAN PREMIERE

I am in awe at Katy Perry's fashion choice this week in London, Looking like a Prima Ballerina in this beautiful Marchesa gown. Nipped at the waist with embroideries of gold and the ruched organza… STUNNING!!!

Darlings, we cannot forget the men, like proud peacocks, who are the newest show pieces of the red carpets… My winner for this week Matthew Morrison in Versace, looks brilliantly chic! His date Renee Puente, though stunning, would look genius with her hair pulled back and down, the bridal chignon looks just that, Bridal!

OOH LALA!!! Jessica Alba, so chic, so beautiful and this leather dominatrix inspired gown, is my favorite look of the week!

Well darlings, from Paris Couture to Project Runway, the beautiful and radiant Katie Holmes. Her 1950's retro shirt dress is stunning, it takes a beautiful woman to make such a simple piece look so stunning!

Well darlings, I end the week with one of my favorite occasions to mix a cocktail, the 4th of July. Its yearly spectacle, one of my favorites, and the all American simplicity of denim and the patriotic attire is so charming. I love Alyson Hannigan and her daughter Satyana's looks for the day.

I hope you all had a wonderful 4th and will continue to celebrate through the weekend, darlings wear sunblock, and lots of lip gloss.

Until next week, I wish you Love and Glamour!

Bisous, Malan Breton
