The last thing Miley Cyrus is doing following her split from Patrick Schwarzenegger is eating her feelings. The svelte singer’s frame has been drastically shrinking ever since she started a non-solid food diet.

“Miley just doesn’t eat solids unless she has to and that only happens when she’s home for dinner with the family,” a source exclusively told OKMagazine.com of the singer, who has already lost 7 lbs. “She curbs her appetite with smoking, but her desire to eat has vanished completely.”

The “Wrecking Ball” singer started her dangerous diet after she split from her ex-boyfriend, who was spotted getting too cozy with a bikini-clad girl while on spring break. “She was pretty torn up over Patrick and says the thought of eating makes her feel nauseous,” the insider revealed. “She’s in real bad shape and the skinniest she’s ever been.”

The 5’5” singer sparked concern when she posted an Instagram photo that put her protruding collarbone and ribs on full display. The source also dished that Miley is lucky if she gets “400 calories a day into her.”
