Justice will be served for Nathan Griffith! Jenelle Evans’ ex-fiancé will appear in court next month after he was arrested on February 3rd for larceny.

“It’s just the first court date in the criminal case,” Nathan’s lawyer Megan Milliken told RadarOnline. “There are only three results that could come of it. It’s dismissed by the state, it’s ‘continued’ to another future court date, or we have a trial.”
She believes the first two possibilities are “much more likely than the latter.” She added, “It’s just like a regular criminal court date. There will likely be hundreds of others on the docket and the State will decide if and how it wants to proceed in that matter.”

Nathan’s lawyer hopes the court date will be “resolved that day.”

The father-of-two turned himself into police on February 3 after a warrant was out for his arrest for stealing Jenelle’s car, which had $1,000 worth of her belongings.

Nathan was given an unsecured bond, which means he was not held in custody because he promised to appear for his court date.
