The 22-year-old was spotted at the British Summertime Festival in Hyde Park kissing Celine Helene Vandycke, as seen in photos obtained by The Sun.

According to their source, “Niall never let Celine out of his sight and looked infatuated."

Adding, "He had his arm around her throughout the evening and kept going in to pecked her on the cheek while they watched the gig."
