According to a source speaking to RadarOnline.com, Gordon’s civil lawyers, W. Bryant Green III and Jonathan M. Broderick, were filing new documents on Tuesday in the Superior Court of Fulton County, requesting that the suit be dismissed. The Motion to Dismiss was specifically being filed against the conservator of Brown’s estate, Bedelia C. Hargrove.

The filing by Gordon's legal team comes several weeks after the original lawsuit against Gordon was amended. Following Brown’s death in July, several new claims were added to the suit, including allegations that Gordon drugged Brown on the day of her hospitalization. The updates also claimed that Gordon placed Brown “face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage,” and that he beat her before her tragic near-drowning.

However, the source said Gordon’s lawyers have lined out eight specific points that detail why the case should be dismissed. They name the fact that Gordon isn’t a Georgia resident and also highlight that he’s been a resident of Florida since the suit was filed.

The docs also claim that Gordon “did not commit any tortious act or omission within the state of Georgia. Plaintiff alleges no proof, several false criminal and frivolous claims against the Defendant”; that Gordon does not own, use or possess any real property in Ga.; that “Gordon and Bobbi Kristina were never married, as such, there are no proceeding for divorce, separate maintenance, annulment, or other domestic relations actions that may ordinarily occur in this state.”

"A lack of evidence to back up the allegations in the suit is also named by Gordon’s lawyers as an issue with the suit. “Plaintiff’s Complaint as answered by Defendant contains several unsupported conclusory, untrue criminal accusations that Defendant Nicholas Gordon committed acts that he simply did not do. Plaintiff has not provided any evidence including but not limited to, affidavits, police reports, indictments, and or any documentation to support baseless claims made against Defendant….” What do you think about the lawsuit against Nick?
