In a new interview, Nicole Kidman is sharing intimate details of her relationship with Keith Urban, amid rumors that they could be going their separate ways.
Nicole, 49, is the latest cover girl for Town & Country magazine.
She spoke in detail about her career, and how it has impacted life with her children and husband.
"I call myself the wild card," she admitted, "because I have no idea what it is. I'm so spontaneous—sometimes to my detriment and sometimes my benefit—but it's how I've always been."
But her spontaneity has not come without a cost. As has reported, there have been murmurs that Keith is on the verge of filing for divorce. "My husband never knows what I'm going to choose," she revealed. "And then he'll ask me to explain why and I can't!"
Still, she has no plans on changing. "I'm never guarded once I'm in. It's how I choose to live. It would probably be easier and safer to be more guarded, but that's just not me."
"I think that's probably frustrating to people who wish for me to be more strategic. But I've been the same way since I was 14. I don't conform," she said. "That's just my nature."
Despite reports that she has a strained relationship with Isabelle, 23, and Connor, 21, whom she adopted with ex-husband Tom Cruise, Nicole insists, "This movie is a love letter to my children."
"That's why I wanted to do it. I relate to that. I feel that for my own children who are adopted," she continued. "It's not about anything else other than 'I wanted you.' It's that deep and personal, and whatever your journey is, I'm here to love and support you. That's what I connected to."
