Patton Oswalt and his fiancée Meredith Salenger can’t keep their hands off each other! The newly engaged couple walked the black carpet at Comic-Con this weekend, where they happily showed off their love by sneaking in a few kisses in front of the cameras. Patton kept his arm wrapped tightly around Meredith, and she did the same to him. The couple announced their engagement in early July, a little over a year after Patton’s wife Michelle McNamera died suddenly in her sleep at the age of 46. Although the couple has faced some backlash for getting engaged so fast, Patton and Meredith don’t look like they care!
Patton and Meredith were all smiles as they arrived for Entertainment Weekly’s annual Comic-Con party at Float at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego.
They weren’t shy about leaning in for kisses as the crowds looked on.
Patton and Meredith made their relationship debut at the premiere of Baby Driver in June. The two have been attending red carpet events together ever since, including the premieres of Valerian and Game of Thrones.
Within weeks of their June debut, Patton and Meredith announced their engagement via Instagram and Twitter. “It’s official. I’m the luckiest happiest girl in the universe!!!!” Meredith wrote on Instagram beneath a photo of her wearing her engagement ring.
The couple, who had kept their relationship quiet up until June, are now constantly sharing photos of each other and exchanging quips on social media. Meredith captioned a recent photo of Patton, “The love of my life.”
