Cynthia Bailey has continued to stress that all is well between herself and her hubby, Peter Thomas, after their relationship was rocked by a dramatic cheating scandal at the beginning of the summer. But fans of The Real Housewives of Atlanta couple are now growing concerned that there may be trouble brewing between the duo as RHOA prepares to kick off the show’s Season 8.
Bailey and Thomas did step out together on Monday night with the rest of the RHOA cast to attend the premiere party for Demetria McKinney’s new music video. However, many fans noted that their appearance at the event was one of a few times they have been spotted out on a red carpet together over the past couple of months.
They made a handful of appearances together in July and showed up to the launch of Kenya Moore’s haircare line in August. Still, their outings together have been less frequent since the video of Thomas rubbing on the chest of a mystery woman in a nightclub was leaked back in June.
Bailey’s Instagram page, which she updates several times a week, has also been glaringly absent of photos with her husband! She posted a birthday shoutout for Peter on Thursday. But before she uploaded that post dedicated to Thomas, Bailey’s husband hadn’t graced her page for over two months - - with that post being a throwback photo of the Essence cover celebrating the couple’s wedding in 2010!
Thomas’ posts featuring his wife have also been pretty sparse, with Thomas posting only three photos of Cynthia on his Instagram over his past two months of IG uploads!

And with the amount of traveling Thomas has been doing over the summer to Charlotte, North Carolina, to promote his Sports One bar in the city, the duo is now facing talk that they may dealing with some relationship troubles.
Thomas even held his birthday celebration in Charlotte instead of his the couple's hometown of Atlanta, Georgia, sparking even more questions over the status of the duo’s marriage. And with the RHOA’s first teaser trailer for Season 8 revealing that Thomas’ cheating scandal will play a huge part of Bailey's storyline for the season, it is clear there may be a little more to the situaion than we know at the moment!
