To end off 2015, the reclusive reality star found out he has untreated diabetes, and his eating habits are certainly a big part of the problem. “Rob’s been on a path of self-destruction. He’s been eating everything fattening and unhealthy in sight – burgers, fries, pizza, fried chicken, potato skins, burritos, enchiladas and chips,” a source told InTouch.

Rob’s weight has steadily increased since his split from singer Rita Ora, and things have only gotten worse for him. His habits are so bad these days that he even refuses to leave his home (he lives with Khloe) and has food delivered to his room!

The source added, “He doesn’t come out, so Kris would make meals and have employees bring them to Khloe’s house. He needs serious therapy. If he doesn’t get the help he needs, he will die.”
